One way links mean someone put your web link in their website, but you didn't or reverse.
While two way links mean both of you did exchange link, someone put your link in their website and you did it too.
Three way links mean someone put your link on his website, you put other's link in your website, and other put someone's link on their website. So three way links involve three website.
Many ways to get baklinks to your site, with commenting on other people posting, left your link in blog which provide room to exchange link, or you can join blogs directory.
